2009 Children's Challenge

On Saturday, September 26th, from 1:00pm – 3:30pm, in the Grove at beautiful Lincoln Woods State Park in Rhode Island children ages 6-12 participated in the first official “Blackstone Valley Children’s Challenge.”  In collaboration with the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Blackstone Valley Education Foundation, the Greenway Challenge held the newest component of its event.  For nine years the adventure race has promoted recreational opportunities to participants and volunteers and this year has expanded its finish line celebration to include family recreation.
